Main Studio Space
Open-plan all-white studio set within a converted warehouse, offering a large and flexible shooting area. The space can be configured for multiple setups, including a clean white backdrop area, lifestyle or styled corners, and production zones.
Photography Area
A dedicated shooting area positioned within the studio, suitable for photography, content creation and controlled setups. This allows for multiple shoots or scenes to be set up and run simultaneously within the space.
Changing / Styling Area / Office
A separate area suitable for wardrobe changes, hair and makeup, or use as a small production office.
Kitchenette Area
Includes basic facilities such as a sink, fridge and microwave, suitable for light use during productions.
Bathrooms
2 x toilets on-site, one of which includes a shower.
Storage Area
Additional storage space may be available on request, subject to availability.
Entrance & Access
Street-level access with a loading bay, allowing for easy load-in and load-out of equipment.
Parking and accessibility
There is a car park adjacent to the studio, with spaces available at £2.50 per day. We recommend arriving early to secure availability.
Paid street parking is available on surrounding roads between 09:00–18:00. Parking is free on weekends and after 6:00pm on weekdays.
A loading bay is available on-site for unloading equipment and deliveries.

Rules and restrictions
Rules & RestrictionsThe space is to be used for filming, photography and content production only.
All bookings must include setup and pack-down time within the agreed hire period. Overtime will be charged accordingly.
Crew size, equipment and any specific production requirements must be confirmed in advance.
Furniture, props and equipment may be moved but must be returned to their original positions at the end of the booking.
Any damages to the space, fixtures or equipment must be reported and will be chargeable.
The studio must be left in the same condition it was found. Additional cleaning fees may apply if required.
Noise levels should be kept at a reasonable level, in consideration of neighbouring units.
Smoking is not permitted inside the premises.
Use of additional styling, props or set builds can be arranged on request.
Access times must be strictly adhered to. Early access or late finishes must be agreed in advance and may incur additional charges.
