Cancellation Policy for Direct Bookings

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations will be handled for bookings made through our direct booking platform. Hosts may choose one of the following cancellation options based on their preferences. The selected policy will be displayed on the location’s profile. All refunds will be processed automatically in accordance with the displayed cancellation policy.

 

Policy Options:

 

Flexible

7 Days or More Before the Booking Date: Full refund of the hire fees and deposit returned.

48 Hours - 7 Days Before the Booking Date: 50% refund of the hire fees and full deposit returned.

Less than 48 Hours Before the Booking Date: Only the deposit will be returned.

 

Standard

30 Days or More Before the Booking Date: Full refund of the hire fees and deposit returned.

14 Days - 30 Days Before the Booking Date: 50% refund of the hire fees and full deposit returned.

Less than 14 Days Before the Booking Date: Only the deposit will be returned.

 

Strict 

30 Days or More Before the Booking Date: 50% refund of the hire fees and full deposit returned.

Less than 30 Days Before the Booking Date: Only the deposit will be returned.

 

Host Cancellations:

In the event the host cancels at any time, they will be liable to refund 100% of the hire fees.

 

Non-Refundable Service Charge

The service charge and/or booking fee paid by the Production is non-refundable under all circumstances. Once payment is made, the Production acknowledges and agrees that they shall not be entitled to any refunds, regardless of the circumstances under which the service was cancelled, amended, or not utilised.

 

Cancellation Policies for Agent Bookings 

When booking through an agent, please review the policy outlined in the Hire Agreement, as this may vary.
