• Food and drinks to be restricted to kitchen/dining areas
• No smoking inside
• No loud music outside
• No glass by the pool
• Floors to be protected with mats if using heavy equipment or there is a large crew.
• No access to cellar or study without home owner consent
• Any rubbish over and above 2 black bin bags must be taken away
