Our property is a large detached Georgian House built in 1863
Set behind a sweeping gravel driveway, this elegant period property offers a striking and versatile backdrop for any shoots. The symmetrical brick façade and classic proportions provide strong exterior appeal, while inside, the house features a range of beautifully presented spaces, all maintaining their original double height ceiling; including four bedrooms, a standout master suite with a large en suite, a family bathroom, a dedicated office, and a cosy snug come playroom. The spacious kitchen flows into a light-filled orangery-style dining area, offering excellent natural light throughout the day.
The property is set within extensive grounds, including formal parterre gardens, vegetable patch with greenhouse and potting shed and expansive lawns, which leads down towards a secret garden area with a river running along, creating a variety of scenic outdoor settings. A large outdoor swimming pool with surrounding terrace further enhances the location’s flexibility, making it suitable for a wide range of shoot styles.
We have kept the original characteristics of the house, adding a modern twist and really showing off the high ceilings and space with the use of colour and vast windows. The kitchen at the back of the house has an orangery style dinging are which opens up into the back garden.
