Driveway can take two cars or one van. No built in EV charging. Some permits can be supplied for the resident off street parking with is active Mon-Fri 10am -Noon & 6pm -8pm and Sat and Sunday from 2pm-4pm.  There is a small step into the property but the whole ground floor is on one level.

Standard power for a house of this size. Two internet lines one Virgin Full 1000 Fibre and one standard Sky Broadband.  All three toilets and bathrooms can be used. 

Rules and restrictions

Sticky plastic to be applied to stair carpet when not in use for shoot. Also kitchen surfaces and dinning table to have rubber protection laid down when being used for production. Floor protection to be used at all times with equipment. Full cleaning of used areas when finished.
