Huge 3000 sq ft studio in a Victorian mill full of texture and character.
Divided into a large daylight studio with 4 north facing windows and a controlled light cove studio with 3m infinity cove. A shoot kitchen in the daylight studio; reclaimed 1940s metal kitchen, red range cooker and ply walls. 2 well equipped dressing rooms with privacy and a range of lights and backdrops. Location is Stockport, Greater Manchester.
Room breakdown
Daylight studio - approx 2000 sq ft with shoot kitchen, dressing room, eating / working area and lounge area. 4 huge north facing windows, very high vaulted ceilings [approx 4m], stained glass window through to Cove Studio. White painted brickwork and walls, green feature wall. Sockets.
Cove Studio - approx 900 sq ft, 3 meter infinity cove, high vaulted ceilings, 2.72m triple colorama mount on the wall, white and black painted walls. Dressing room attached, sockets and phase 3 socket.
External communal toilets, goods lift and passenger lift.
Parking and accessibility
2 free carparks on site and 1 council [low payment] carpark, free on street car parking on neighbouring streets.
Goods lift [loading bay approx 4 ft high] and passenger lift so no step access to studio possible. Both lifts are manual, so if mobility is difficult I'm very happy to come down and help close the lift doors etc.

Whole studio is 3000sq ft. 2/3 is daylight studio and 1/3 is cove studio - approx
Mill with other businesses, so noise is unpredictable.

Communal toilets on the same floor but not within the studio.
Rules and restrictions
None of the Host's personal belongings can be used without the Host's express permission.Range of furniture, lighting and backdrops available but must be approved before use.
Studio must be left as it is found.
People in studio limited to those involved in the shoot or chaperones - absolutely no hangers on.
No dogs without prior permission.
Crew must adhere to the agreed areas of use and the approved crew size at all times during the hire period. Otherwise, additional charges may apply.
Any hours beyond the agreed booking period will be charged at a fee up to 1.5 times the hourly rate, a 15min grace period is allowed.
Crew must arrive and vacate at the agreed times. Early arrivals or late departures will be considered as overtime and will incur additional charges.
All alterations (apart from freestanding props and dressing), must be agreed with the Host ahead of the shoot
Any alterations made to the location must be fully reinstated at the production's expense by the end of the booking period.
Penalty charges can apply if excessive rubbish is left at the location after the scheduled period.
The cost to repair any damages, marks, or scratches caused during the Hire Period need to be paid for by the Production Company. Failure to do so, will result in deductions from the Damage Deposit.
