About this location
6.5 acres of characterful, private rural grounds containing a 1930’s semi-derelict house, out-buildings, and large hard standing space for parking of trucks, cars, mobile accommodation (if someone wished to stay on site) or for temporary sets/buildings. We are in the process of building an outdoor pool, with three modern barn conversion ensuite cottages that will also available to use for location hire, accommodation, storage, dressing rooms or extra studio space or more.

The Outbuildings
The three cottages and swimming pool are currently incomplete however the external structure can be used for outside storage/shelter/as shoot location
There will be no access to inside the garage or the portacabin
The old 1930's concrete bunker is fenced off currently but we can remove fencing on request.
The derelict old 1930's garage is available for use.
Parking and accessibility
We have 6.5 acres of open field available for parking.
-Suitable for trucks, vans, crew vehicles, mobile cabins, food trucks and cars (.5 acre is hard standing)
-Easy turning space for larger vehicles.
-Some traffic restrictions due to shared road with neighbours.
-The approach is along a private single dirt track country lane, where some uneven surfaces and potholes may occur. (can also be used for shoot)
-The bus stops frequently at the end of the lane connecting to York center, York Train station, Leeds and Scarborough.
-The house is two floors and has stairs up to the top floor where the bathroom is.
