The main house combines contemporary architecture with extensive floor-to-ceiling glazing, large open-plan spaces and views across the lake and surrounding countryside. The estate includes mature woodland, open lawns and parkland, private roads and tracks, lakeside settings and two separate contemporary cabins.
Multiple interior and exterior looks can therefore be achieved within one private location, with substantial space available for crew, equipment and production vehicles.
Room breakdown
Main house with six bedrooms, five bathrooms and two additional WCs, together with extensive living and entertaining spaces including large open-plan kitchen/dining areas, multiple reception spaces and a substantial function/entertaining room.
Two separate contemporary one-bedroom cabins, each with its own bathroom, are also located within the estate.
Large glazed areas throughout the main house provide excellent natural light and extensive views across the grounds and lake.
Parking and accessibility
Excellent private access with extensive on-site parking. Approximately 30 vehicles can be parked immediately outside the main house, with additional parking for approximately 30 vehicles in a separate area just above and beside the house.
The estate has a private gated entrance and internal roads and tracks, providing access to different areas of the 100-acre estate. There is ample space for crew vehicles, production equipment and support vehicles.
As the estate is entirely private, with no public footpaths or public access, crew and vehicle movements can be managed without disruption from members of the public.

Professional on-site catering can be arranged for cast and crew by prior agreement and at additional cost.
On-site accommodation is also available by separate arrangement in the main house and two cabins, subject to availability.
Extensive indoor and outdoor areas are available for production use, with space that can be allocated for hair and makeup, wardrobe, crew holding and production support according to the requirements of the shoot.
