The Barn combines woodland tranquillity with luxurious contemporary facilities. Exposed oak beams and natural textures are balanced by clean lines, open spaces, and an easy, effortless charm. Set within 17 acres of shared gardens and grounds.
Room breakdown
The Barn offers a variety of configurations, including a master, double, twin (with an optional third bed) and the perennial children’s favourite: a triple bunk. If you need a little extra, the second floor’s open mezzanine – reached by a paddle staircase – can be transformed into a fifth space for older sleepers, with a pull-out double bed.
Parking and accessibility
10-20 cars @ main house, 5 at barn 5 at cottage, 5 at gamesroom & more cars can park on grass if pay for matts,
House parking = up to 8 cars round the front of the house/fountain and a further 8 opposite the Cottage.
More parking outside the Barn and by the Workshop/office.
In total there is space for up to 25 cars on the gravel.

Coaches (or the same size vehichles) are not able to get access to the Estate due to the turn into the Estate at the entrance gate.
