Rules and restrictions
Here are the house rules for The Modern Appletree:Public Liability Insurance (minimum £5 million) required before the shoot
All areas accessible except the small office, which is off limits
Floor protection required in high traffic areas and padded covers on furniture
No nails, screws or permanent tape on walls or surfaces
Property to be returned to its original condition, with all furniture put back in place
Electricity, Wi-Fi and water available within reasonable domestic limits
All rubbish to be removed offsite by the production team
No smoking inside the property
Cancellation: 50% fee within 7 days, 100% fee within 48 hours of the shoot date
Producer is liable for any damages, losses or injuries during the hire period
