Use of Property• Property to be used solely for agreed filming / photography purposes
• No use of the property as a public venue
Protection of Fabric & Contents
• No drilling, screwing, nailing, stapling, pinning or fixing of any kind
• No adhesive tapes on walls, ceilings, floors, stained glass or joinery
• All high-traffic areas to be fully floor-protected
• Fireplaces are decorative only – no fires permitted
• Furniture, antiques, artwork and fixtures not to be moved without approval
Lighting & Power
• LED lighting preferred
• No high-heat lighting without written consent
• No rigging from ceilings, coving, staircases, balconies or period features
• Power use limited to domestic supply
• No generators without prior approval
Hours & Noise
• Standard filming day: up to 10 hours unless otherwise agreed
• Typical hours: 08:00–18:00
• Overtime subject to approval and additional charges
• No overnight filming
• Noise levels to remain residential-appropriate
Garden & Exterior
• No vehicle access on lawn
• No digging, pegging, staking or tenting
• Driveway use limited to agreed vehicles

Safety & Prohibited Activities

Fees
• Location fee payable in advance
• Fees based on a 10-hour day unless otherwise agreed
• Overtime charged per hour thereafter
Damage & Indemnity
• Production accepts full responsibility for the property and its contents
• Any damage to be reported immediately
• Production to indemnify the Owner against all claims, losses, or expenses arising from the shoot
Alterations & Set Dressing
• No alterations without written approval
• All set dressing to be removable and fully restored
Insurance
• Valid insurance certificates to be supplied prior to access being granted.
Termination
• Owner may terminate filming immediately if terms are breached or safety is compromised.
