Upstairs are 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a principal bedroom, children’s/teen bedrooms and family bathrooms.
The property also has a good-sized private garden and driveway, providing useful additional space for filming and production requirements.
We are happy to discuss moving furniture, dressing rooms or making temporary changes to suit individual productions.
Parking and accessibility
Private driveway providing off-road parking, with additional on-street parking available locally. The driveway also provides convenient access for loading/unloading equipment.
Ground-floor access is straightforward from the front of the property, with good access through to the main living areas and garden. Bedrooms and bathrooms on the upper floor are accessed via stairs.

Rules and restrictions
This is a private residential property in a residential neighbourhood, so reasonable consideration for neighbours is required, particularly with regard to noise and parking.Any significant alterations, decorating, fixing to walls or moving of large/heavy items must be agreed in advance. The property should be returned to its original condition following the shoot.
