Lindors Country House offers 14 beautifully appointed double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom within the Manor House. In the grounds are four charming two-bedroom Garden Lodges, each offering two bedrooms, a shared bathroom and comfortable living space, providing flexible accommodation for larger groups, productions and stays.
Parking and accessibility
Private on-site parking is available for up to 20 cars. The Manor House has disabled access, with accessible entry also available to Garden Lodge 1. The grounds provide convenient access between the main house, lodges and surrounding outdoor areas.

Lindors has reliable mains electricity and WiFi throughout the property. Set in a peaceful rural location, the house offers generally low ambient noise, making it well suited to filming and photography. Facilities include a fully equipped front kitchen, a back commercial kitchen, multiple furnished reception rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, extensive grounds and private on-site parking.
Rules and restrictions
* Filming and photography must be agreed in advance and remain within the areas booked.* No smoking or vaping inside the property.
* No naked flames, pyrotechnics or hazardous materials without prior written approval.
* Any furniture or furnishings moved for production must be returned to their original position.
* No alterations, painting, drilling, fixing or attaching items to walls, floors or historic features without prior approval.
* Additional lighting, generators, vehicles or equipment must be agreed in advance.
* Noise must be kept to a reasonable level, particularly during evening and night-time hours.
* Productions must respect the Grade II listed building, original features, gardens and surrounding grounds.
* Any damage must be reported immediately and may be chargeable.
* A responsible production contact must be present throughout the booking.
