Rules and restrictions

The house will be opened at the agreed time and someone will attend to arrange check-out each day at the agreed times. Please do not leave the house until a representative of the owners has attended sign-off at the end of the day.
The side gate and boot room side door will be opened to allow for access as required and the kitchen glass doors to the garden will be opened too.
The side gate and boot room side door must be closed at the end of each day.
The driveway will be available for parking but please be considerate to neighbours in respect
of any large vehicles.
QR codes with Wifi access will be left in the kitchen along with contact numbers.
The children’s bedrooms are out of bounds unless explicitly included in the booking and should not be entered unless previously discussed.
Any rooms being used for hair and make-up must have the floor protected and where applicable, carpet protector used.
All wooden flooring must be protected if used for storage.
Shoes must be removed at all times inside and not worn anywhere in the house unless required for shooting
purposes. In particular care must be taken with wet shoes and any shoes with stones in light of the wooden floor in the entrance hole.
Nothing is to be stuck to the floor or affixed to the wall or any fixtures. In particular, no tape should be affixed on the concrete floor in the kitchen.
In case of any spillages on the kitchen floor, no cleaning product should be used and any spillages should be wiped immediately with a wet cloth.
Lighting and electronic blinds in the kitchen are controlled by the iPad in the kitchen in the Lutron app. Individual lights can be controlled and set scenes are also available in the app and on the wall buttons but please note certain settings will lower or raise the electronic blinds. The blinds should only be operated electronically and the space should be checked beforehand to ensure they are not obstructed.
All kitchenware is to be cleaned each day.
No food is to be consumed in any rooms aside from the kitchen.
All rubbish is to be taken off site each day and NOT put into the wheelie bins in the driveway.
Strictly no smoking on site (including the driveway and the garden).
If any haze or steam is to be used for shooting purposes or ironing, please advise to ensure
smoke detectors are disabled if required.
No pets without prior condition.
