Rules and restrictions

Welcome to our location house. We hope that you have an enjoyable and productive day. Below are some
considerations we have put together to ensure that the day runs as smoothly as possible and to minimise the risk of damage to our property. Please familiarise yourselves with these rules before the date of your shoot. All damages will be added to your bill.

No smoking inside the house. Please use the front garden if you wish to smoke and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

All eating and drinking to be restricted to kitchen area. Please do not use any spray cleaners on the kitchen work surfaces, they are made of marble and acidic cleaners or lemon juice will damage the surface.

Please lift rather than drag furniture! No decorating allowed without prior consent. This includes drilling or attaching things to walls - by any means. Please ensure that all floors, carpeted areas, surfaces and upholstered items are suitably protected so as not to cause damage. Protective feet/covers should be used on all equipment and props to protect all floors and surfaces within the property.

Please do not disconnect the TV and media units.

Please ensure that before you leave everything is returned to its original position in the house and it is left clean and tidy. All rubbish to be taken away with you.

Please report any damages to the location owner.
