Skylight above the kitchen island - excellent natural light property. West facing bi-fold doors, opening onto a small garden within a semi-rural setting.
Room breakdown
Downstairs access ONLY to the following rooms, no access upstairs at any time.
On the ground floor:
Open plan kitchen with bi-fold doors and a skylight over the kitchen island.
Dining area and small office area to the side of the kitchen - useful for production kit.
Sitting room - good for talent
Bedroom x 1 - good for hair and makeup. 1 x full length mirror and 1 x table top mirror.
Loo x 1
Small West-facing garden.
Study also available but must be agreed in writing if you require this room.
Parking and accessibility
3 x parking spaces in front of the house. Must be parked tightly up against the house to allow access to our neighbour's driveway.
Free parking along the street or on the main road for large vehicles.
Side door for access if required. Covered area by back door (not secure) for kit/ deliveries.
Please enquire about disabled access - all doorways into the building have a small step so a ramp is required.

Regular domestic power outlets. 4 x double plug sockets in the kitchen in various places.
Wifi
Induction hob with 5 burners. 2 x Bosch ovens. Pots and pans available but must be agreed in advance. Dishwasher and boiling water tap. Separate American-style fridge freezer for shoot use.
Experience Food Stylist/ Home Economist on site if you require one for your shoot.
Occasional planes overhead.
