About this location
Our property is a mid Victorian, mid terraced, flat-fronted house, built in the 1860's. We have lived here since 1996, and have undertaken some simple renovations and extension works to create a spacious, stylish downstairs living area. The filming area is downstairs only (unless agreed otherwise). The kitchen / dining area is modern, and the front rooms more Victorian period in terms of flooring, large pine doors, ceiling roses etc. The house works well 'on camera', with plenty of flexible space for filming, equipment, crew etc. Ideal for small to middle sized crews. The property has a back yard and small garden.
Room breakdown
Downstairs filming area: large modern kitchen / dining / living area, leading to back yard and garden. Adjoining double living room, more Victorian period in style (original pine flooring, large pine doors, ceiling roses etc). One small WC downstairs. One bathroom + WC upstairs.
Parking and accessibility
Parking: no off street parking. Parking restrictions weekdays 10.00hrs – 12.00hrs & 18.00hrs – 20.00hrs. Payment via parking App or via hourly visitor permit, by arrangement through owner.
Amenities
Power: standard domestic voltage. Good, fast WiFi. Average noise levels, assuming no close by house renovations works, or road works (I have filmed sync sound here before, and made it work). Flight path is quite close, over Kew, but not too noisy. Decent local amenities: pub with good food close by; plenty of local shops near by (Chiswick High Road a short walk). Public transport: Gunnersbury Station is a short walk away (approx 6 mins), both for the Richmond branch of the District Line, and the London Overland / Mildmay line (to Richmond, or Willesden Junction, Hamstead, Camden, Highbury etc). Good bus service from Chiswick High Road.

Available filming space is downstairs only (unless agreed otherwise).Daily filming period covered by location fee: 10hrs (+ 15 mins grace, followed by 1.5 hourly fee OT).
Parking visitor permit cost extra charge, by arrangement with owner.
