Our property is a mid Victorian, mid terraced, flat-fronted house, built in the 1860's. We have lived here since 1996, and have undertaken some simple renovations and extension works to create a spacious, stylish  downstairs living area. The filming area is downstairs only (unless agreed otherwise). The kitchen / dining area is modern, and the front rooms more Victorian period in terms of flooring, large pine doors, ceiling roses etc. The house works well 'on camera', with plenty of flexible space for filming, equipment, crew etc. Ideal for small to middle sized crews. The property has a back yard and small garden.
