Parking and accessibility
We have one free parking space on the driveway. Day parking permits can be purchased online by me, the owner. £10 a day, just let me know the reg number and I can get however many cars needed booked in. Please do not block neighbours driveways for any period of time.
Front Door (1m), there is rear garden access with special permission
Amenities
Iron, ironing board in bathroom cupboard. All other cleaning products under sink in main kitchen.
We have domestic power only. If you are using a lot of lights, please speak to us about the electrical circuits.
Underfloor heating on timers/thermostats. If you require more or less heat, please speak to owner and we can sort remotely.
Rules and restrictions
* No smoking inside the house. Please use the back garden if you wish to smoke and dispose of cigarette butts in the bins provided.* Please do not use any spray cleaners on the concrete kitchen island, acidic cleaners or lemon juice will cause marks. A simple damp dishcloth should suffice.
* Please use coasters on the concrete island with drinks or food
* Please feel free to move whatever art or furniture youo like as long as it’s put back in place.
* No decorating is allowed without prior consent. This includes attaching things into walls. No drilling is allowed.
