Rules and restrictions

Great West Studio is a professional broadcast and production facility. Productions must comply with the building's health and safety requirements and reasonable consideration should be given to neighbouring businesses.

Any specialist requirements including set builds, rigging, large equipment deliveries, additional power requirements, unusual access requirements or high-volume productions should be agreed with the studio team in advance.

Clients are responsible for the care of the studio, cyclorama, equipment and facilities during their booking. Any damage may be chargeable.

The studio must be left in a clean and orderly condition following the booking.

Production access, setup and breakdown times must be agreed in advance.

Use of specialist equipment, cameras, tracking systems and technical facilities may require studio technical staff and/or additional charges.

No permanent alterations, drilling, fixing or attachment to studio surfaces or infrastructure without prior approval.

Recurring bookings and multi-day productions are welcome and can be discussed directly with the studio team.
