Main Studio: Large open plan shooting space with an 8m white cyclorama, high ceilings, natural light and blackout capability.
Kitchen & Dining Area: Fully styled kitchen with island/breakfast bar and adjoining dining space, suitable for lifestyle, food and commercial shoots.
Lounge Area: Industrial style lounge with exposed brick, leather seating, plants, mirrors and practical lighting.
Prep / Production Area: Dedicated workspace for styling, wardrobe, equipment preparation and general production use.
Equipment Storage: Separate storage area for lighting, grip and studio equipment.
The spaces are predominantly open plan, allowing crews to move easily between the cyclorama, lifestyle sets and production areas.
Parking and accessibility
Parking:
There is a small on site car park along with plenty of free on street parking directly adjacent to the building. No parking permits or vouchers are required. Large double doors allow convenient equipment drop-off and collection close to the building entrance.
Accessibility:
The studio is located on the first floor and is served by an elevator, making access easier for guests and for moving production equipment. Large double doors provide generous access at ground level. If you have specific disabled access requirements, please contact us in advance so we can confirm the most suitable access route and facilities for your visit.
Amenities
Power: Standard UK mains power is available throughout the studio, with sockets across the main shooting and production areas. Please let us know in advance if you plan to use particularly high-draw lighting or specialist equipment so we can confirm requirements.
Dimensions: Approx. 250m² overall, with a large 8m white cyclorama / infinity cove, high ceilings and generous shooting distance for larger lighting setups, camera movement and crews.
Wi-Fi: Available in the studio.
Noise: The studio is generally quiet and suitable for interviews and video production, but it is not fully soundproofed. As it is within a working commercial building, occasional noise from neighbouring businesses, the elevator or outside traffic may be heard.
Toilets: Toilet facilities are available within the building.
Other facilities: Styled kitchen and dining area, lounge, prep and production workspace, blackout curtains, elevator access, large double doors for equipment loading, basic grip equipment, coffee machine and kettle. Broncolor and Bowens lighting packages are also available to hire separately.
Rules and restrictions
Please treat the studio, equipment, furniture and props with care and leave the space in the same condition as you found it.No smoking or vaping inside the studio.
Clean footwear or shoe covers should be used on the white cyclorama.
Furniture and props may be moved for filming or photography but must be returned to their original positions afterwards.
Food and drinks are permitted, but should be kept away from the cyclorama and production equipment.
Smoke machines, haze, liquids, paint, glitter, confetti, open flames, animals, stunts or any activity that may create additional cleaning or risk of damage must be agreed in advance.
Please keep noise at a reasonable level and be considerate of neighbouring businesses within the building.
Setup, filming, breakdown and equipment loading must all take place within the agreed booking period.
Any damage or breakages must be reported before leaving.
Children must be supervised at all times.
The person making the booking is responsible for all crew, cast, clients and guests on site.
Additional cleaning or cyclorama repainting may be charged where required.
For larger productions, unusual set builds or specialist equipment, please discuss requirements with us in advance so we can confirm suitability.
