It reads as a country mansion but sits two minutes from Hammersmith tube, a central alternative to the grand central-London houses at a fraction of the cost. Available for film and photo shoots, brand activations and production dry hire, as a whole building or by individual space. An on-site duty manager is included and power and rigging points are available.
Room breakdown
The Hall (first floor). The signature space. High arched windows, an original fireplace, a raised stage with full-height curtains, a private bar and original parquet flooring. Power and rigging points available. Up to 200 standing or 120 theatre-style.
The Library and Salon Bar (top floor). The Library is book-lined and daylit with high arched windows. The adjoining Salon Bar has its own bar, banquette seating and side rooms. Together they hold up to 100 standing, 45 theatre-style or 42 seated. Suits editorial and intimate interiors.
Cellar (ground floor). A restaurant with an open kitchen pass, banquette seating and a distinctive bar. Up to 80 standing or 60 seated. Suits restaurant and bar scenes and food or product shoots.
Whole building. Available as a full takeover for up to 300 across the building, with a grand Baroque facade and staircase.
Parking and accessibility
Parking: No private on-site parking, but several public car parks are within a short walk, and Hammersmith is well served by public transport with the Underground and bus stations beside the building. Kindred has a loading bay for load-in and load-out at street level from Queen Caroline Street.
Accessibility: The building is fully step-free. A lift on the Cellar floor provides access to all floors, so the Hall, the Library and Salon Bar and the ground-floor restaurant are all reachable without stairs. An accessible toilet is available. The building is directly beside Hammersmith Underground and bus stations.
