About this location
A light and spacious interior designed period home in London, perfect for photo shoots, filming, workshops and events. The house comprises: A very large basement level which has a large cinema room/ gym space with huge bifold doors overlooking a stunning wine cellar. There is an outside rear courtyard, a kitchen, bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the ground floor level there is a spacious hallway, living room with fire place and dinning room also with a fireplace. To the rear you will find a high spec Kitchen with a wood burning stove and sociable seating. This leads out through crittal effect bi-fold doors to a 50 ft garden where there is seating and a garden room. There is an abundance of period features such as cornices, fireplaces, wooden windows and wooden floors.
Room breakdown
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms - two double bedrooms and one large single. There are two bathrooms (one is an en suite off the master bedroom which also has its own dressing room). On the second floor, there are three further rooms set out as offices and also a shower room. The house is furnished with a combination of high end furniture and vintage pieces and bespoke joinery, together with lots of original art. Please book enough time to set up/settle in and pack away. This is our family home so, unfortunately we cannot provide any additional hours free of charge.

Rules and restrictions
No smoking in the house or infront of the house. There is a designated area in the garden that can be used if required.If you wish to extend your booking or change the booked hours then please give 48 hours notice and we will do our best to accommodate your request where possible.
Please also note we can be flexible with pricing for longer bookings of a full day or multiple days so please just ask. Please note that your business/company must have its own insurance in place in order to book this location.
