Accessibility: Ground-floor access with wide doorways and open-plan layout. Step-free entry into main living areas. Not fully wheelchair-adapted, but suitable for most production requirements.

Rules and restrictions

• No smoking inside the property
• Protective floor/wall coverings must be used for large equipment setups
• Furniture and fittings may be moved but must be returned to original position
• Any damage to be reported and covered by production insurance
• Parking limited to designated areas only (to protect lawns and landscaping)
• Noise to be kept within reasonable limits during night shoots
• Advance notice required for shoots involving pyrotechnics, special effects, or large-scale set builds
