Our home is a vibrant Victorian terraced house, full of bold, personality-packed interiors that provide a unique backdrop for creative shoots. Every room has its own character, with colourful walls, playful decor, and curated vintage pieces that give the space a fun yet stylish feel. The open-plan living area is bright and spacious, perfect for capturing lifestyle, fashion, or home content.
The kitchen features striking design details and opens up through bi-folding doors to a private garden, ideal for summer shoots or relaxed outdoor settings. Whether you’re after cosy corners, statement walls, or a pop of colour, there’s something eye-catching in every room.
What makes our space even more special is the location. Just a five-minute walk from the beautiful Victoria Park and close to Homerton Station, it’s easily accessible while offering a rare mix of bold indoor style and nearby shoot locations.

Rules and restrictions
General Conditions:- The location must be left clean and tidy unless agreed otherwise in writing or a cleaning fee has been arranged on top of the hire fee.
- All rubbish must be removed at the end of the shoot.
- Please do not open or use any of the host’s personal items stored in drawers or cupboards, unless granted permission.
- Stay within the agreed crew size and stick to the approved areas of use. Additional charges may apply if this is exceeded.
Overtime:
- Overtime will be charged at up to 1.5x the hourly rate. A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
- Crew must arrive and leave within the booked times. Early arrivals or late pack-downs will be charged as overtime.
Alterations & Reinstatement:
- No alterations (beyond freestanding props or dressing) may be made without prior written approval.
- Any changes made to the space must be fully reversed by the end of the booking at the production’s expense. This includes any structural or cosmetic changes.
Floor Protection:
- If filming requires heavy equipment or high traffic areas, floors, please discuss any floor protection needs with the host before the shoot.
Cleaning:
- It’s the production’s responsibility to leave the house as they found it. This includes hoovering, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
- If you’re unable to manage cleaning, a cleaner can be arranged in advance for a fee.
- If the location is not left clean, an additional cleaning charge may be applied.
Rubbish
- All rubbish must be taken away at the end of the shoot unless discussed prior.
- Leaving rubbish behind may incur a charge or cleaning fee unless discussed prior.
- If you need a rubbish removal service, this must be arranged in advance.
Damage
- Any damages, marks, or scratches caused during the hire must be paid for in full.
- If damages are not reported and paid for, the cost will be deducted from the damage deposit.
