All crew must remain within the agreed areas of the house and garden.
A maximum number of cast/crew on site must be agreed in advance.
Respect for the Property
No structural changes, fixings, drilling, painting, or alterations of any kind.
Wall panels, finishes, furniture, and décor must not be removed or modified.
Floors must be protected where heavy equipment or foot traffic is expected.
Furniture & Styling
Furniture and soft furnishings may not be moved without prior approval.
Any moved items must be returned to their original position at wrap.
No adhesive products (tape, Blu Tack, Velcro, stickers) on walls, windows, or surfaces.
Equipment & Power
Power requirements must be agreed in advance.
No high-load equipment without approval.
External generators only by prior arrangement and positioned to minimise noise and damage.
Garden & Exterior
Trees, planting, patio furniture, and garden features must not be moved or damaged.
No open flames, smoke effects, or water features without written consent.
Noise & Neighbours
Noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times.
Filming hours to be agreed in advance, respecting local residents.
No loud music or shouting outdoors.
Cleanliness & Waste
The property must be left clean and tidy at the end of each day.
All rubbish to be removed from site daily.
No food or drink near soft furnishings unless agreed.
Smoking, Alcohol & Pets
Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the property.
Alcohol consumption on site only with prior permission.
No animals unless part of the production and pre-approved.
Insurance & Liability
Production must provide valid public liability insurance before access is granted.
Any damage must be reported immediately and made good at the production’s expense.
Security
No photography of the property outside of the agreed production use.
All doors and windows to be secured when crew are not present.
A designated production contact must be on site at all times.
