Rules and restrictions
Access and hours• Access by prior arrangement only. Standard shoot day 8am to 6pm; earlier calls or overnight work by agreement and at an additional rate.
• Owner or a representative to be on site or contactable for the duration of the shoot.
• Gate to remain closed outside of load in and load out.
Occupancy
• The property is a family home and an operating holiday let. Availability is subject to existing bookings, and some units may be occupied. Confirmed dates only.
• No overnight accommodation included unless separately agreed.
Property
• Grade II listed. Nothing to be fixed, drilled, taped or adhered to walls, beams, stonework, floors or joinery. No repainting or redecoration.
• Furniture may be moved with care but must be reset. Any set dressing or removals to be agreed in advance and reinstated.
• No naked flame, pyrotechnics, smoke, haze or atmospheric effects without written consent.
• No shoes on limestone flooring where practical; floor protection required for heavy equipment or trolleys.
• Hot tub not available for use unless agreed in advance.
