Parking and accessibility

There is space for cast, crew and production vehicles, with larger vehicle requirements considered by prior arrangement. Equipment can be unloaded close to the house, providing convenient access for production use.

Rules and restrictions
We want The Renard to be a welcoming and flexible location and will always do our best to accommodate the needs of each production. To help protect the property and grounds, we ask that the following conditions are observed:• All filming, photography and production activity must be agreed in advance, including approximate crew numbers, working hours and areas of the property to be used.
• The property, furnishings and grounds must be treated with care. Any damage caused during the hire will be the responsibility of the hirer/production company.
• Furniture and decorative items may be moved with prior agreement but must be returned to their original positions at the end of the hire.
• Floors, walls and other surfaces must be suitably protected where heavy equipment, lighting, stands or production equipment are being used. Nothing may be fixed to walls or surfaces without prior permission.
• Any significant set dressing, alterations, painting, construction, special effects, smoke effects or use of generators must be agreed in advance.
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property.
• Animals may be considered by prior arrangement.
• Catering is welcome, with three kitchens available at the property. Any external caterers should leave all areas clean and tidy following use.
• Parking, production vehicles and equipment requirements should be discussed in advance so that suitable arrangements can be made.
• Noise levels should be considerate of the surrounding area, particularly for early morning or evening shoots.
• All rubbish and production materials must be removed at the end of the hire unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.
• The property must be left in the same condition in which it was found, with all furniture and belongings returned to their original positions.
• Agreed hire times must be observed. Additional time may be available by arrangement and may incur an additional charge.
• Productions should hold appropriate public liability insurance and provide evidence of cover if requested.
