Despite its rural feel, it is conveniently located just minutes from the A1 and easily accessible from M25 and central London in under 30-min via direct train.

The house features classic mid-century design elements including angular rooflines, exposed brickwork, timber cladding, original 1950s parquet flooring, and open-tread wooden staircases. Large windows frame the natural surroundings, creating a strong indoor-outdoor connection perfect for lifestyle shoots.

The open-plan living room includes a modern HETA Danish wood-burning stove set, wooden furnishings (including West-Elm), and a sun-drenched reading nook overlooking the side, south-facing garden. With its mix of original architectural detail, warm textures, and versatile natural spaces, this location offers endless creative potential in a peaceful woodland setting.

The open-plan living room space provides ample space for accommodating a crew of 10-15 people, with doors leading from the lounge to the south facing garden - where additional space can be created.

The authentic retro kitchen with original cabinetry, large picture windows overlooking the woodland garden. 

Upstairs is a former Art-studio with exposed beams and warm tones, the room is currently set up as a guest room, but a versatile, large space that is available for shoots.

Parking and accessibility

Private driveway that can accommodate 6-7 medium vehicles. On-street parking is also available,  free of charge Monday - Sunday 24-7. Our neighbours may also accommodate larger vehicles at an extra cost.

- Domestic power supply: available throughout the house and electrical supply available from the out-building based at the bottom of the garden. 

- Internet: Wifi password can be supplied upon request

- Public Transport: The property has excellent links into central London (20-30min direct train journey to London Kings Cross) and minutes away from the A1, with good links to the M25. 

- Noise Levels: The property sits within a secluded rural location, with minimal noise levels.

- Two toilets available (upstairs and downstairs in the home)

- Hertford and Welwyn Garden City town center with supermarkets and high street amenities is a short 10-15min drive away, two local pubs are walking distance and available for food.
