leisure club - Relax by our 18-metre leisure pool with poolside Jacuzzi, or take a moment to destress in our scented steam chamber or sauna. In our gym, there's high-tech equipment and a fitness studio hosting a range of classes.
Private event - Think swinging chairs, surfboard tables, and bold colours throughout. Apart from Surf, all these spaces are located off ‘The Deck’ — a vibrant breakout area with pick ‘n’ mix, fresh popcorn, tea and coffee, and a selection of bottled soft drinks.
Our three larger, bright and airy function spaces can easily accommodate up to 130 delegates each in a variety of configurations suitable to make your day a success.

Coast hub - Located on the first floor, the COAST Hub offers stunning views across the countryside towards the bridge and harbour. This versatile space can host up to 16 delegates, making it ideal for thought mapping sessions, team meetings, or collaborative workshops.
Langstone Suite - This ground-floor suite offers access to the deck gardens through the adjacent conservatory and features floor-to-ceiling windows for plenty of natural daylight. It accommodates up to 120 delegates theatre-style, 80 cabaret-style, or 100 for a party night, complete with a private bar and dance floor.
Winchester suite - The Winchester Suite combines natural daylight with unique star ceiling lighting to create a standout venue. It can host up to 120 delegates in a banqueting-style layout, 100 theatre-style, or 90 cabaret-style. There's a private bar and nearby restroom, too.
Spinnaker suite - Overlooking Chichester Harbour, this first-floor suite is a showstopper, with wrap-around balconies, a private bar, and a restroom. It accommodates up to 100 delegates in a banqueting-style layout, 80 theatre-style, or 60 classroom-style.
