Set back from the road behind a private entrance, we offer a level of privacy and quiet that’s rare to find.
The house is only 12 years old with a clean, modern aesthetic. The kitchen, lounge, and dining areas are fully open-plan.
Every room, including the bedrooms, features large-opening glass doors.
Being tucked away means no through-traffic noise. We have dedicated parking for two vehicles and can easily accommodate larger vans.

Room breakdown
Large, open-plan (L-shaped) living space, all with a modern aesthetic, and lots of floor space for equipment and crew.
3 large Bedrooms (one being used as an office), all with large-opening doors and leading straight onto the garden. Our house is an "upside down" set up, so the bedrooms are downstairs on the lower ground floor, while the living area is all upstairs on the ground floor.
2 bathrooms, with a modern aesthetic and neutrally decorated.
Parking and accessibility
We have dedicated parking for two vehicles and can easily accommodate larger vans.
Toby (host) is a wheelchair user, so the property is fully accessible and we have an internal lift.
Amenities
We have high speed wifi, there is very little noise as we're tucked away behind houses so there is no street noise. We have 2 bathrooms, and 1 separate toilet, so we are well prepared with the facilities needed.
