Rules and restrictions
GENERAL RULESNo Smoking: Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the apartment or in the building stairwells.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM.
Residential Building: This is a private residence with neighbors. Please keep noise to a respectful level and keep voices down in the communal hallways.
Door Security: The front door to the building must not be propped open or left unattended.
ACCESS & OVERTIME
Strict Timings: Booking times are "hard entry" and "hard exit." All setup and pack-down must be completed within your booked hours.
Overtime Fee: Guests present outside the booked hours will be charged at 1.5x the hourly rate (billed in 30-minute increments).
Crew Limits: Total headcount must not exceed the number booked. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate termination of the booking.
PROTECTING THE SPACE
Floor Protection: Please lift furniture rather than dragging it. Equipment stands (lights/tripods) must have tennis balls or rubber tips on the legs to prevent scratching the floor.
Wall Protection: Do not lean heavy equipment against the ribbed feature wall or the terrazzo kitchen splashback. No drilling, nailing, or adhesive tape on any walls (Low-tack painter's tape is allowed only).
CLEANING & RUBBISH
Leave No Trace: The space must be left in the same condition as found. Furniture must be returned to its original position.
Rubbish: Guests must bag all rubbish. One bag of general waste may be left in the kitchen bin; all excess rubbish, boxes, and props must be removed from the premises by the guest.
Prohibited Items: Strictly NO glitter, confetti, sand, or feathers. A £150 deep cleaning fee will apply if these are used.
RESTRICTIONS
No open flames (candles/incense).
No adult filming.
No animals/pets unless previously agreed in writing.
