Our kitchen studio offers a stylish, contemporary backdrop ideal for food shoots, commercials, and brand content. The fully functional kitchen includes high-end appliances and a movable island on wheels—perfect for reconfiguring the space to suit your shoot.

The studio also features a client lounge, changing room, free on-site parking, and access to a beautiful private courtyard. On-site dining is available at a Restaurant (open Wednesday–Sunday).
With two mirror-image studios—Modern and Rustic—available side by side, the space can be hired individually or together, making it ideal for cooking competitions, multi-set productions, and larger campaign shoots.

Amenities
Disabled Toilets – The building provides accessible toilet facilities for wheelchair users and those with mobility needs. These are located on the ground floor with step-free access, wide doors, and support rails.
Free Parking – Hassle-free, on-site parking is available directly outside the building. There is space for multiple vehicles, including vans and small trucks.
Peaceful Location – the studio benefits from a quiet, low-traffic setting, ideal for audio-sensitive productions and uninterrupted filming. The atmosphere is creative yet calm, away from busy roads and city noise.
Rules and restrictions
GENERAL RULESThe hire is limited to the designated space booked. Access to other areas is not permitted without prior consent. Noise levels must remain reasonable to avoid disruption to other users.
All furniture, props, and equipment must be returned to their original locations after use.
Any damages to floors, walls, worktops, cabinets, furniture, props, or equipment will be charged to the Client at professional repair costs.
Large waste items must be removed by the Client. A disposal fee will apply for any leftover large rubbish, as per the rate card.
CLEANING & WASTE DISPOSAL
Used dishware must be placed in the dishwasher or washed in the sink.
Waste must be disposed of in the appropriate recycling or general waste bins.
If excessive cleaning is required, a professional cleaning fee will be charged as per the rate card.
MUSIC & AUDIO
The Sonos system is available for use, please keep the volume at a reasonable level.
KITCHEN USE
Protect countertops by avoiding direct heat exposure, excessive weight, sharp objects, or products that may stain (e.g., curry powder).
The kitchen island is on wheels—DO NOT climb on it under any circumstances.
All equipment, surfaces, and props must be cleaned after use.
If cooking high-smoke foods, inform us in advance to prevent fire alarms from being triggered.
PARKING & DELIVERIES
Free on-site parking is available, please notify us in advance for larger vehicles.
Deliveries must arrive during the hire period.
Early or late deliveries will incur an overtime charge in hourly increments.
Only individuals listed on the call sheet/booking form are permitted on-site.
Do not allow unknown individuals into the studio.
CCTV is in operation throughout the studio and building.
SMOKING & PETS
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors.
Pets are welcome but must be pre-approved.
