This sprawling, retro bungalow is sited on two and a half acres of its own land. It was build in the 60s and still boasts its stone cladding, wood pannelling and sun terrace with panoramic views. The central room is predominently glazed and looks out over the South Downs, across the paddock below. The gardens are extensive, with a high degree of privacy, and an array of large specimen trees. We are conveniently located bewteen Horsham and Worthing in West Sussex, next to the South Downs National Park and the Knepp Castle estate. Holly Gate has ample parking and a useful barn and workshop behind it, out of sight, for storage and crew vehicles.
