The Glass Room: It has a "fishbowl" style design that offers the best of both worlds: you can see outside, but you're completely soundproof. It's perfect for filming "private meeting" scenes or interviews where you want the lively bar atmosphere in the background without the noise.
Private Room 1: This room has rough stone walls and huge windows that go from the floor to the ceiling. There's a lot of natural light during the day, which is great for filming, and the room has a cool, edgy look that's perfect for night scenes.
The Booths & Lounges: Fifteen semi-private pods with glowing geometric wall panels create a "cyberpunk" or "esports" vibe, perfect for content centered around gaming, technology, or modern social lifestyles.

There is a disabled street level access and there is on street parking with meters.
