Rules and restrictions

We have the right to stop the use of and/or charge a cleaning fee for the use of but not limited to, glitter, smoke bombs, confetti and flour.
No unlawful behaviour.
No smoking allowed.
No use of communal areas, please do not leave any equipment in the corridors.
Please do not prop doors open including the main entrance without supervision.
Please do not overload the lifts with heavy equipment - any damage to lifts must be paid for.
After the shoot the crew are responsible for the removal of any litter. Do not leave unwanted items in the communal areas.
Do not force the fire door - this will break the door and any damage must be paid for.
No outside lighting/generators are permitted without authorisation.
When loading in and out, please park vehicles away from the building with the engine off so to minimise disruption to the ground floor.
Please ask crews not to congregate outside the building before call time.
Please ensure that the location floors are protected. Trussing, stands, flight cases, tools, ladders, or other heavy equipment to be placed on corex or furniture blankets).
No equipment to be lent against walls/windows
Shoes to be removed or plastic shoe covers worn (provided)
Stand legs to be used with tennis balls.
Furniture must be lifted rather than dragged. Please return all furniture and props to their original position.
Any scratches made to the flooring will be chargeable.
No pyrotechnics.
Permanent damage and/or stolen studio belongings will be charged at our discretion.
Lost property will be kept at the studio for a maximum of one week unless claimed and collection arranged.
Nothing to be attached to the wall without prior agreement.
