Featuring vaulted ceilings, intricate plasterwork, arched detailing, tall leaded-glass windows, original timber panelling and a substantial timber floor, the hall offers an impressive and adaptable backdrop for film, television, photography and commercial productions. Its neutral palette and expansive open floor make it particularly suitable for set dressing, while its authentic architectural character can represent everything from historic civic buildings and educational institutions to grand event spaces and period interiors.
Room breakdown
The Grand Hall can accommodate a maximum capacity of 280 people in a round table setting, and 350 theatre style seating, including our balcony situated within the hall.
There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor, with an additional 5 toilets on the floor below.
The hall is situation within a school, and so access to additional rooms are available if required.

The venue has a private car park that holds up to 10 cars available for your use, and there is street parking nearby. The Victoria Park car park is also a 2 minute walk away up New Walk.
