Welcome to The Quay! 

Tucked away on the water in Chiswick, West London, Chiswick Quay is a private development of 1970s homes based on Port Grimaud in the South Of France. We are located at Number 1, it's a 5 bedroom town house set over 4 floors. 

When we renovated this home in 2025 we took a lot of inspiration from Mediterranean Villas so it's a very neutral colour scheme with natural materials featuring throughout such as microcement floors on the ground and 1st floors. 

The floorplan total is over 2100 sqft, the ground floor is an entrance hall, garage with crittall window between the hallway and garage, storage room / bedroom 5 and microcement shower / utility room.  The 1st floor is the living space and kitchen, it's completely open plan with pivot doors out to a paved terrace with banquette seating and bbq. The kitchen / dining area is set 2 steps above the sunken living room with a built in dining table and slate coloured cupboards. The whole 1st floor has a microcement floor, a bespoke oak zig zag staircase and black metal balustrades. The 2nd floor is home to 3 bedrooms, 1 is set up as a guest bedroom overlooking the marina, it has a telescopic pocket door between this bedroom and an office which can be left open or closed off to separate the rooms, there is a dressing room / additional bedroom too and a bathroom. The top floor is the main suite with built in wardrobes and en suite bathroom as well as a terrace overlooking the water. There is wood floor on the 2nd and 3rd floor. There is no carpet throughout. 

The area is very quiet, located off a residential street in Chiswick and opposite Dukes Meadows sports grounds and fields. The development sits around the marina and has direct access from the patio garden down to the marina. There's a riverside path and gardens too.

The house has 3 off street parking spaces on the driveway and a garage and the development is private so there is free parking.
