The house approx. 4,500 sq feet was completely remodelled inside and out in 2021 by the current owners, both in the design trade.

The new house finished in a contemporary style is built over three floors with a very light open feel to all rooms.The ground floor features polished concrete floors and low  profile sliding glass doors spanning the width of the property at the rear which features a large open plan kitchen, family room, dining room and sitting room all over looking a large private south facing garden with .
