Located in Wandsworth, this purpose-built rustic kitchen studio is ideal for food shoots, cooking shows, commercials, and branded content. It features a fully functional kitchen with a movable island, high-end appliances, and beautiful natural light.

The space includes a client lounge, changing room, and a private courtyard that can be used as an additional shoot location. Free on-site parking is available, and the quiet surroundings ensure minimal disruption. A Restaurant, just across the courtyard, offers convenient on-site dining (open Wednesday to Sunday).
Standard full-day hire: 10 hours (8am – 6pm).

Ground floor:
Kitchen Studio: 1 large open-plan kitchen space with a movable island, high-end appliances, and plenty of natural light, ideal for filming and photography.
Mezzanine:
Client Lounge: 1 comfortable seating area with tea & coffee facilities and a drinks fridge.
Changing Room and talent room: 1 private changing area with mirror and hanging space.
Bathrooms: 1 shared bathroom located just outside the studio in the main building.
Outdoor Space: Private courtyard directly outside the studio, perfect for relaxing or as an additional shoot location.
Parking and accessibility
Free On-Site Parking – Convenient parking available directly outside the building.
Accessible Facilities – Disabled toilet access available within the main building.
Rules and restrictions
GENERAL RULESThe hire is limited to the designated space booked. Access to other areas is not permitted without prior consent.
Noise levels must remain reasonable to avoid disruption to other users.
All furniture, props, and equipment must be returned to their original locations after use.
Any damages to floors, walls, worktops, cabinets, furniture, props, or equipment will be charged to the Client at professional repair costs.
Large waste items must be removed by the Client. A disposal fee will apply for any leftover large rubbish.
CLEANING & WASTE DISPOSAL
Used dishware must be placed in the dishwasher or washed in the sink.
Waste must be disposed off in the appropriate recycling or general waste bins.
If excessive cleaning is required, a professional cleaning fee will be charged as per the rate card.
KITCHEN USE
Protect countertops by avoiding direct heat exposure, excessive weight, sharp objects, or products that may stain (e.g., curry powder).
The kitchen island is on wheels—DO NOT climb on it under any circumstances.
All equipment, surfaces, and props must be cleaned after use.
If cooking high-smoke foods, inform us in advance to prevent fire alarms from being triggered.
SMOKING & PETS
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors. Pets are welcome but must be pre-approved.
PARKING & DELIVERIES
Free on-site parking is available—please notify us in advance for larger vehicles. Deliveries must arrive during the hire period. Early or late deliveries will incur an overtime charge in hourly increments.
Only individuals listed on the call sheet/booking form are permitted on-site. Do not allow unknown individuals into the studio.
CCTV is in operation throughout the studio and building.
