Join our Direct Booking Platform – Receive More Enquiries! 🎉
If you haven’t already, now is the perfect time to set your listing to Host Managed. This will allow you to receive enquiries and bookings directly through your own Host user account. Your property will become available to a wider range of productions, and you’ll benefit from a lower commission rate on any Direct Bookings via the platform.
Host Managed enquiries run alongside our standard Agent bookings, giving productions the option to choose how they make their enquiry.
1. Important Requirements
Before you can receive direct enquiries and bookings, you must:
- Connect your account to Stripe to enable payouts.
- Tick the Host Managed checkbox on your property listing.
Once this is done, your property will appear in the Host Managed Only search filter, making it more visible and viable for bookings.

2. Accessing Your Host Account
- Log into your user account
- If you can't login, reset your password here: Reset Password
- Your property will be linked to the email address we have on file for you.

3. Setting Your Property to Host Managed
- Once logged in to your Host account.
- Click Go to Locations on your dashboard.
- Select Edit on the property you’d like to update.
- Complete the Stripe Connect onboarding process to activate Host Managed bookings and enable direct payouts to your nominated bank account.
- Once connected you will be able to tick the Host Managed checkbox on the Hosting.
- Select a Cancellation Policy.
- Set your Price Guide.
4. Additional Benefits
By logging into your Host account, you can:
- Access and edit all your property listings.
- Update images, descriptions, and availability to keep your listings competitive and attractive.
- Receive direct enquiries and bookings alongside standard Agent enquiries.
