With a gated yard, large courtyard, outhouses and large warehouse space (4,500 sq ft) it’s a perfect location for a unit base and set-build studio, whilst its raw and brutalist aesthetic makes for a great location for filming and events. The space is open to being adapted to suit the needs of visiting projects. 

This location only accepts bookings through a Locations Direct agent.
A £250 +VAT booking fee will be charged on top of the Hire Fee.
