A large Victorian mansion built in the 1820s with some modernisation. Situated on the Ceredigion coast path with direct access to the beach and 400 acres of hill farmland. Extensive coastal views and ample parking/access. Teeming with wildlife from Coughs to Dolphins to our Sheep, Ducks and Horses. The house faces directly West so we boast year round unbeatable sunsets.

Billard Room, Morning room, Dining room, Living room, Kitchen, Large Utility room comprise the downstairs.
Two bathrooms, 5 bedrooms and an Office comprise the upstairs.
Some rooms are in a state of disrepair while the building under goes internal renovations while others are finished to a very high standard.

Ample parking both outside the house and on the farmyard. For longer, larger shoots there is plenty of space for portable cabins, toilets, lorries etc.
