Parking and accessibility

20 cars can part at the property on our own land and neighbouring public land. Menage has been used to house large coaches for film crews, in which cases 2 coaches in addition can fit. Surrounding land allows for public parking in addition.

Main property can be accessed without a step. Only the lip/ frame of the door to step over to enter/leave. Only the downstairs of the main property would be able to be accessed, as steps to the first floor

Mains power, water and wifi across the main property and workshop. Very quiet location as in the middle of Winterfold & Hurtwood Forest. No neighbours. Toilet facilities in both the main property and workshop. The workshop toilet are on the 1st floor so require the use of stairs, whilst for the main property there are toilets on the ground floor.
