About this location

An impressive Grade II listed period villa spread over 4,413 square feet. This elegant and outstanding property was built in 1842 as part of a Regency terrace. It's been beautifully restored whilst retaining many period features such as ceiling cornicing, sash windows with shutters, parquet flooring and bespoke joinery, combining to create a beautiful space.

Step inside the double front door and you’ll be greeted by the graceful entrance hall with wonderful high ceilings and parquet flooring. To the front there is a formal reception room and there are two further elegant interconnecting reception rooms to the rear providing access to a balcony which overlooks the garden and substantial patio area. The dining area and spacious kitchen and living area inhabit the lower ground floor which is flooded with natural light. The house is decorated throughout in a soft palette, punctuated by pops of colour and contemporary furniture and artwork.

The house is set back from the road with a large gravel drive providing parking for several cars. There's also a beautiful west-facing walled garden.
