Decorated in a colourful eclectic style, with patterned vintage wallpapers, statement lighting and good natural light all year round. The vintage style cream and pink kitchen has steel Crittall double doors leading out onto a herringbone brick patio area, and the original stained glass French doors in the dining/second reception room, lead to a seating area outside under a leafy pergola.
There's a substantial south-east facing garden, with trees, wild flowers and two ponds, with a winding path leading to a large brick garden office at the back. This building has two rooms connected with reclaimed Edwardian timber doors (original stained glass) and a white tiled shower room. The side passage is sloped all the way to the garden, with an outside tap.
There's a kids tree house and electric plug sockets outside in two parts of the garden, and outside lighting, remote controlled. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, two have original fireplaces, and one is being used as an office. The house bathroom is vintage in style with pale blue tiles and a red roll top bath.

No eating or drinking on rugged areas.No vaping or smoking.
Large furniture to remain in existing rooms (eg sofas and beds)
Smaller furniture can be moved around between rooms if desired, being careful with walls and floors)
No dogs on property (we have two cats who won't forgive us!)
Do let us know if anyone has any cat allergies and I'll take extra care with upholstery cleaning beforehand.
Audio equipment (speakers, amp, record player) not to be touched unless previously arranged.
Vinyl records on shelves not to be touched.
All other ornaments, glassware, vintage crockery can be used, moved, styled as you wish, although breakages will need to be paid for.
Everything in the kitchen can be used- help yourself to teas, coffee etc.
Do let us know if noise levels will affect you (ie if audio is required) so that I can check with neighbours beforehand if there will be any building work (or lawn mowing!) taking place during your allocated time.
