This is a one of a kind, run down old Victorian pub in the front and beautifully designed modern home in the back. The disused pub has a street entrance, so it's perfect for day or night shoots and can be self contained. There is a relatively large basement that is head height that could be used to film, or to store equipment safely. It is pretty run down but features wood panelling on the walls and a large bar area. Through a separate entrance, we then have an interior designed home with plenty of natural light. .  As the downstairs living area is open plan there is a lot of space to move equipment around. The property is West facing so there is a lot of natural light and there is a large patio at the back of the kitchen.
