About this location
It is a 60x12ft boat (widebeam) built in 2019 boasting a spacious living room with a wood burner, an open-plan kitchen with a kitchen island and a breakfast bar, a master bedroom, a bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe, 2 decks (back and front), large windows throughout and a large skylight.
The marina is a leisure marina. Not a residential marina. Which means that most boats are vacant all year round. Which also means that there is no nuisance whatsoever.
FYI, shootings have already taken place on other boats moored in the marina.

The boat is moored in a marina. The marina is a private and gated area that is accessible only for people who own/rent a boat. A fob/key to enter the marina is delivered by the marina management upon registration and compliance with a number of requirements (forms, proof of insurance, etc.) for which you will need to deal directly with the marina management.
The boat is moored at the end of a pontoon line (no one is meant to go there as there is just my boat). Which means that people are not meant to be around the boat.
There are large trolleys available at the entry of the marina to help carry anything bulky/heavy.
Amenities
Bollard on the pontoon is 32 and it goes down to 16 to my boat
