A historic, creative and beautiful Grade II listed double square kiln oast house built in around 1850.  

It's a unique building with an acre of land and a fully equipped soundproofed recording studio on site.  The interiors are modern rustic in style and we have an unusual galleried entrance hall as well as a covered veranda (formerly the granary for the oast) overlooking the garden.
