Parking and accessibility

This space features a roller shutter door, ensuring easy and direct access from the parking area. 

The staircase to the first floor its wide and large, allowing to bring up equipment (not lift).

Amenities

Additionally, there is a toilet facility and a small kitchen for preparing tea and snacks. The space also includes metal beams that can be used for hanging equipment and sets. There is also storage space for equipment.
